Duties/Responsibilities:
- Dealing with matters related to corporate CSR activities such as:
- Handling all initial calls and email queries.
- Scheduling of all CSR activities for corporates and groups.
- Pre-briefing of volunteers for CSR activities.
- Meeting and coordinating with CSR groups for on-site volunteer activities.
- Issuing of appreciation letters for attendance.
- Managing incoming food donations from groups and corporates:
- Handling all initial calls and email queries.
- Presentations to the groups/corporates about the food donation drive.
- Scheduling with internal logistics team to facilitate corporate food donations.
- Creating, updating, and communicating the toolkit for food donation drives.
- Consolidating food donation reports.
- Issuing appreciation letters for donations.
- Monthly reports on CSR collaborations and food donation drive numbers.
- Coordinating sponsorships of food packs that involve packing and distribution.
- Promote interested parties about FFTH for collaboration, sponsorships, and other matters.
- Handling drop-in donors, both individual and groups, with the delivery and recording.
- On call with mobile line to answer queries from volunteers and donors about related matters.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in any related field
- 1 year of experience in communication, marketing, sales, operation or a related field a plus.
