An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Training and Development Specialist to enhance the skills of its workforce. This role involves identifying training needs across various departments, developing effective training programs, and ensuring their successful implementation. You will also track and assess trainee progress, providing valuable insights to senior management. Identify training and development needs of all the departments within the company.
Work with department managers to develop training programs and ensure they deliver results.
Organising training materials and oversee training programs.
Track and assess the progress of trainees and provide reports to the senior management
Liaise with MOM on HR matters, such as HR statistical reports and surveys. Manage staff insurance & claim (WICA, foreign worker insurance).
Any other duties as assigned by superior.
