Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person visits

  • Offer clear, friendly assistance and guide customers with confidence
  • Handle order processing, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups
  • Accurately document details from each customer interaction
  • Work closely with our internal team to resolve issues and improve service flow
  • Support general admin tasks to keep our operations running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluent in English and at least one other official language of Singapore
    (to serve our diverse customer base effectively)
  • Confident and comfortable holding conversations with all types of customers
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure
  • Strong written skills to record key details accurately after each conversation
  • Experience in cabin crew , hotel front desk , ticketing , or sales is highly valued
  • A professional appearance and warm, approachable personality
  • A natural problem-solver who puts the customer first, always
