Location: West

Position: Sales Admin (6 months contract, convertible to permanent) - CK

Key Responsibilities:

1. Preparation of documents such as order processing, verifying payment, delivery orders, import/export documents through SI system.
2. Assist in the implementation of the new Inventory Management System (IMS).
3. Maintain and update sales records; ensure files are backed up regularly.
4. Provide administrative support to the sales team.
5. Assist in monthly sales closing processes.
6. Liaise with stakeholders (customers, suppliers, warehouse) to ensure smooth delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum Higher Nitec qualification in any discipline.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Understanding of shipping terms such as Incoterms.
