Job description

The incumbent is responsible for planning and coordinating the Tissue Donation Programme under the supervision of the Assistant Director. They will assist in devising and implementing key protocols for the programme.

Responsibilities include coordinating the procurement process for tissue donation, supporting tissue recovery and laboratory processes such as tissue processing, cryopreservation, and distribution. The role also involves participating in research related to the field. Supervision of transplant coordinators is required.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Health Care, Psychology, Social Work, or Life Sciences.
2. Prior experience related to transplant programmes will be an added advantage.
