A leading company in Singapore is seeking a Customer Data Management professional to enhance process efficiency and manage customer data within SAP. The role involves troubleshooting data discrepancies, engaging with cross-functional teams, and generating quality metrics. Ideal candidates should possess a diploma and analytical skills, with experience in SAP being a plus. This is a one-year contract role with potential for conversion to a permanent position.
Job Description:
Performing Customer Data Management
Drive process improvements and system efficiency enhancements
Being an active part of,
Processing Customer Data within SAP - MDG following set standards and procedures and within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Troubleshooting, and resolving any discrepancies in Customer Master information between source systems and the Hub
Actively engaging with Cross Functional Business, and IT teams to resolve Customer Data Management issues
Generating Reports and Quality Metrics
Requirements:
With Diploma and 1 year of experience in managing cross-functional internal customers, with specific experience in utilizing various information management tools
Have strong analytical skills with ability to learn new technical and non-technical processes
Added advantage would be if you had hands-on experiences using SAP
Working knowledge of PowerBI, Tableau, or RPA would be great
Research or Data Management experience is an advantage
Additional Information:
Located in CBP (Changi)
Working hours: Office Hours from Monday – Friday, Office hours
Up to $3500 (Depending on experience) + 1 Month Completion Bonus
One Year Contract Role, Potential to Conversion to Perm and Extension of Contract.
