Job description:

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist in coordinating with stakeholders to formulate the development budget for renovation projects.
  • Assist in preparing the Monthly Project Cost Report to update management on expenditure and project cashflow projections.
  • Review tender and procurement processes for consultancy, construction, and renovation works, ensuring fairness and transparency. Propose value engineering for cost optimization.
  • Verify payment approvals and manage system receipt entries on the ERP system.
  • Assess and review post-contract variation works and administer final account closures.
  • Conduct periodic internal audits on minor renovation projects to ensure policy compliance.
  • Coordinate with Finance on payment, asset capitalization, and tax matters.
  • Support the development and integration of a new ERP system for Project Costing.
  • Coordinate with auditors on audit matters and provide recommendations.
Job Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying or related fields with at least 5 years' experience in construction tendering, contract administration, and cost estimation.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, meticulous, proactive, and able to work independently and in teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • ERP system experience is an advantage.
