Job description

Our client from the Food and Beverage Manufacturing sector is looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing to lead their marketing initiatives and drive brand growth in the highly competitive food and beverage manufacturing industry. This leadership role is responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that enhance brand positioning, expand market share, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the company’s marketing vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and fostering strong customer engagement across channels.

As the Head of Marketing, you will oversee all marketing functions, including brand management, digital marketing, trade marketing, product launches, and consumer insights. You will develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies, manage advertising and promotional campaigns, and ensure consistency in brand messaging across all platforms. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with sales, product development, and executive leadership to create go-to-market strategies, optimize customer acquisition and retention, and drive category growth. Managing a high-performing marketing team, analyzing market trends, and leveraging innovative marketing technologies will be key to success in this role.

Ideal candidates must have a proven track record in marketing leadership within the food and beverage or FMCG industry, with at least 12 years of relevant experience. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to make data-driven decisions are essential. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, expertise in digital and traditional marketing strategies, and experience managing cross-functional teams. Beverage experience will be an added advantage.
