Senior Personal Assistant
About the Role
We’re looking for a versatile Senior Personal Assistant to support a C-suite executive across APAC, Greater China, and Western markets. Beyond core PA duties, you’ll handle moderate financial and business analysis, assist with investor-relations coordination, and manage high-profile events—all while navigating both Chinese and Western cultural norms with ease.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support & Office Management
Manage complex calendars and travel across Asia, Europe, the Middle East and North America
Screen correspondence and draft executive briefs, memos and meeting minutes
Coordinate follow-up on action items with internal teams - Financial & Business Analysis
Collate P&L snapshots, budget trackers, and simple variance reports
Maintain dashboard summaries of key metrics for periodic reviews
Assist the Finance team with cash-flow schedules and expense reconciliations - Investor Relations & Stakeholder Engagement
Support scheduling of investor calls and roadshows in Asia and Western markets
Prepare slide decks using standardized templates and gather Q&A inputs
Act as liaison for family-office, institutional and high-net-worth contacts under guidance - Public & Corporate Event Management
Plan and oversee virtual and in-person events (press briefings, forums, dinners)
Source venues, manage vendor communications and ensure on-site coordination
Troubleshoot logistics in real time to guarantee smooth execution - Cross-Cultural Protocol
Advise on Chinese-market customs (gift tiers, banquet seating, auspicious dates)
Navigate Western business etiquette (formal introductions, boardroom protocols, dietary preferences)
Facilitate Mandarin–English interactions, interpretations, or cultural briefings as needed - Confidentiality & Special Projects
Handle sensitive documents and communications with discretion
Lead ad-hoc research briefs on market trends and competitor developments
What We’re Looking For
- Experience & Exposure
5+ years as a Senior PA/PR supporting board-level or C-suite executives in a global environment
Demonstrated comfort liaising with stakeholders in Greater China, Singapore and Western markets - Technical & Analytical Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Able to summarize financial data into clear, concise reports in both English and Mandarin for Senior Executives
Familiarity with IR scheduling platforms and event-management tools - Cultural & Communication Fluency
Native or near-native Mandarin to liaise with Greater–China stakeholders; professional English fluency for global events
Deep understanding of both Chinese business customs and Western corporate norms - Core Competencies
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure
Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable interfacing with high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors
Proactive, resourceful and anticipatory of executive needs
Travel Requirements
- Must be willing and able to travel internationally at short notice—including weekends and public holidays.
- Comfortable handling personal matters, visa applications, in-market logistics and contingency planning for multi-region itineraries.
