Key Responsibilities

Screen correspondence and draft executive briefs, memos and meeting minutes
Coordinate follow-up on action items with internal teams
  • Financial & Business Analysis
Collate P&L snapshots, budget trackers, and simple variance reports
Maintain dashboard summaries of key metrics for periodic reviews
Assist the Finance team with cash-flow schedules and expense reconciliations
  • Investor Relations & Stakeholder Engagement
Support scheduling of investor calls and roadshows in Asia and Western markets
Prepare slide decks using standardized templates and gather Q&A inputs
Act as liaison for family-office, institutional and high-net-worth contacts under guidance
  • Public & Corporate Event Management
Plan and oversee virtual and in-person events (press briefings, forums, dinners)
Source venues, manage vendor communications and ensure on-site coordination
Troubleshoot logistics in real time to guarantee smooth execution
  • Cross-Cultural Protocol
Advise on Chinese-market customs (gift tiers, banquet seating, auspicious dates)
Navigate Western business etiquette (formal introductions, boardroom protocols, dietary preferences)
Facilitate Mandarin–English interactions, interpretations, or cultural briefings as needed
  • Confidentiality & Special Projects
Handle sensitive documents and communications with discretion
Lead ad-hoc research briefs on market trends and competitor developments
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience & Exposure
5+ years as a Senior PA/PR supporting board-level or C-suite executives in a global environment
Demonstrated comfort liaising with stakeholders in Greater China, Singapore and Western markets
  • Technical & Analytical Skills
    Proficient in Microsoft Office
Able to summarize financial data into clear, concise reports in both English and Mandarin for Senior Executives
Familiarity with IR scheduling platforms and event-management tools
  • Cultural & Communication Fluency
Native or near-native Mandarin to liaise with Greater–China stakeholders; professional English fluency for global events
Deep understanding of both Chinese business customs and Western corporate norms
  • Core Competencies
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure
Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable interfacing with high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors
Proactive, resourceful and anticipatory of executive needs
