Role/Department:

This position is within the GFS Risk & Reg Mgt Office, reporting to the Regional Head. The office oversees governance and risk management across fund administration, middle office, depositary, and related services, ensuring compliance with regulatory and resilience standards. The role involves managing risk and regulatory themes, interpreting complex regulations, and engaging with senior stakeholders.

Major Duties:

1. Resilience and Outsourcing Management: Support operational resilience and outsourcing risk oversight, including:

• Implementing and maintaining the GFS framework aligned with NT policies.
• Identifying vulnerabilities through dependency mapping and resilience testing.
• Advising clients on resilience obligations and supporting stress testing.
• Overseeing key risk assessments and control testing.
• Driving training and awareness of oversight requirements.
• Managing outsourcing lifecycle risks and vendor due diligence.
• Supporting governance forums and producing risk reports.

Experience / Knowledge:

• Extensive experience in fund services, banking, or asset management.
• Deep understanding of risks and regulatory obligations in transfer agency, fund accounting, and related areas.
• Experience with operational resilience and risk management frameworks.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex regulatory environments.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with legal and executive teams.
