- Oversee daily operations of the massage center, ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Supervise and support massage therapists and front desk staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and service standards.
- Manage scheduling, bookings, and customer inquiries to optimize workflow.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore’s Employment Act and workplace safety regulations.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve service-related issues professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.
Requirements:
