• Oversee daily operations of the massage center, ensuring smooth service delivery.
• Supervise and support massage therapists and front desk staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and service standards.
• Manage scheduling, bookings, and customer inquiries to optimize workflow.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore’s Employment Act and workplace safety regulations.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve service-related issues professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.

Requirements:
