About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Service Delivery Director to lead and manage the delivery of cutting-edge application development services—spanning AI-driven solutions, data platforms, and full-stack applications. This role requires a strategic leader with deep technical expertise and a strong track record in managing large-scale IT service delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic & Technical Leadership

• Define and drive the strategic roadmap for AI, data, and full-stack application development.

• Champion the adoption of innovative, data-driven technologies to support business growth.

• Ensure applications are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives.

2. Service Delivery Excellence

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of development projects—on time and within budget.

• Manage the deployment and maintenance of AI models, data platforms, and applications.

• Enforce best practices in software development, data engineering, and model lifecycle management.

3. Team Leadership & Development

• Lead cross-functional teams including developers, AI engineers, and DevOps professionals.

• Build a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement.

• Ensure teams are equipped with the tools, training, and support they need.

4. Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver impactful solutions.

• Serve as the main point of contact for service delivery matters and escalation.

• Provide regular progress updates to senior leadership.

5. Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Stay abreast of emerging technologies in AI, data, and software development.

• Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery through new tools or practices.

• Drive initiatives that boost operational efficiency and service quality.

6. Quality & Compliance

• Implement robust QA processes to ensure application reliability and performance.

• Ensure compliance with data privacy laws, security protocols, and industry standards.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, or related field.

• 10+ years in application development with a focus on AI, data, and full-stack technologies.

• 5+ years in a leadership role managing large-scale service delivery teams.

• Proven success in delivering complex, AI-powered applications and data platforms.

• Proficient in AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, Spark, Hadoop).

• Strong experience in full-stack development (JavaScript, React, Node.js, Python, Java).

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.

• Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and security standards.

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving ability.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
