Company Overview: Exklusiv Landscape Pte Ltd is an Exempt Private Company Limited by Shares, incorporated on 14 February 1997 in Singapore. The company is located at WCEGA PLAZA and specializes in landscape planting, care, and maintenance services, including garden installation, grass cutting, tree felling, pruning, with building construction as a secondary activity.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Assist in producing detailed landscape architect and ABC drawings: Provide technical support to ensure accurate and timely project completion. Develop general 2D or 3D CAD drawings from concept to implementation, meeting client requirements. Most clients are main contractors.

2. Ensure drawings meet required standards and client specifications.

3. Update drawings based on the latest information received.

4. Handle authorities’ submissions and follow-up processes.

5. Identify discrepancies and variations on-site.

6. Review design issues and recommend changes for approval.

7. Implement approved design modifications.

8. Track and update samples, materials, and shop drawings submissions and approvals.

9. Collaborate closely with project managers, main contractors, consultants, HDB town councils, engineers, and CAD/BIM team members to ensure project success within deadlines.

10. Perform any other duties as assigned.
