Job description

Job Title: Business Development Manager – Hybrid Infrastructure Solutions


We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our hybrid infrastructure solutions. This role focuses on expanding our enterprise offerings through strategic sales, vendor engagement, and solution-based selling. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to promote and deliver high-value infrastructure and hybrid cloud services to clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively drive new business opportunities and educate internal sales teams on hybrid infrastructure solutions.
  • Lead infrastructure sales strategy and pipeline development, working closely with cloud teams to build service templates and offerings.
  • Manage and grow relationships with vendors such as HPE, Cisco, Microsoft, NetApp, and Veeam to ensure optimal deal structures and profitability.
  • Create sales enablement tools including playbooks, engagement models, and training materials to support account managers.
  • Collaborate with marketing on targeted infrastructure campaigns and events.
  • Support proposal development and client engagement strategies that address specific business needs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and ecosystem partners to ensure high service satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales within technology sectors.
  • Proven track record in selling data centre and hybrid cloud solutions.
  • Strong understanding of hybrid cloud technologies, infrastructure solutions, and the vendor landscape.
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing vendor and partner relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required within the assigned region.
