Job description

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of project documents including BQ.

• Handling Design &n Build projects.

• Prepare optimized design solutions for projects.

• Prepare Design drawings (Single Line Drawings & layout).

• Prepare design calculations incl voltage drop, short circuit current etc.

• Support multiple M&E projects concurrently.

• Lead project meetings and work with team members to achieve the deliverables on-time.

• Ensure drawings & documents are well maintained & stored in a timely manner.

• Other adhoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 yrs of relevant hands-on M&E experience in construction industry, LTA projects, mixed development etc.

• Need to be familiar with Singapore codes such as SS638 (CP5), SS650, SS555 etc.

• Hands-on experience in AutoCAD drawings is preferred.

• Familiarity in BIM (Revit / Navisworks ) is advantageous.

• Having consultancy experience is preferred / advantageous.

• Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills, meticulous.

• Good communication skills.

• Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner.
