We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager with a strong operational background to lead the TA team and to drive structured and data-informed recruitment operations.

Responsibilities:

  • TA Operations: Oversee and refine talent acquisition operations, focusing on reporting, metrics analysis, and performance insights to support recruitment goals.
  • Lead the onboarding of TA related systems, working with vendors and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and user adoption.
  • Develop presentation decks and reports to communicate recruitment metrics, strategies, and progress to key stakeholders.
  • Prepare approval papers and executive summaries to support strategic decisions and initiatives within the talent acquisition function.
  • Team Leadership: To lead the TA team in best practices and processes, providing direction and support to ensure effective talent acquisition activities,whilefostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
  • Vendor Management:Build and manage strong vendor relationships, negotiating customized services to align with talent acquisition needs and overseeing agreements.
  • Evaluate vendor performance, negotiate terms as needed, and manage contracts to support recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

  • Min 8-10 years of proven experience in talent acquisition operations, including reporting, systems onboarding, and vendor management.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, with the ability to analyze datasets and create meaningful insights for reporting.
  • Ability to drive TA projects, skilled in presenting data and strategies to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Experience in vendor services management to meet talent acquisition objectives.
  • Experience leading TA team is preferred.
  • Meticulous and has an eye for details.
  • Good written/communication and interpersonal skills, able to lead and work with cross functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
