Responsibilities
- Lead multiple projects ensuring products/deliverables meet specifications and deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with senior IT and business managers, acting as SPOC through all project phases.
- Manage day-to-day client relationships, translate contracts into project plans, and oversee end-to-end delivery including project office tasks, internal coordination, status reporting, and billing.
- Handle project conflicts, dependencies, scope changes, risks, and issues proactively, communicating effectively with stakeholders.
- Execute Hybrid and Agile projects, taking on Scrum Master roles as needed.
- Support users during UAT, product acceptance, and customer support handover.
- Gain knowledge of Actimize products through training and self-study, engaging with stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
- Act as liaison between customers and global offices/development sites.
- Communicate effectively across internal interfaces in a global matrix environment.
- Create and maintain project artifacts.
- Manage P&L for project implementations.
- Generate professional services revenue from clients.
Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience as a customer-facing PM managing complex projects; SaaS experience is a plus.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent; MBA is advantageous.
- Experience managing medium to large Agile programs; Scrum Master experience is a plus.
- Experience in enterprise software consulting or professional services.
- Excellent client relationship skills with a sales orientation.
- Experience delivering enterprise solutions in financial services, especially in AML, Fraud, or Compliance domains.
- Data-intensive system implementation experience.
- Focus on P&L management.
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, entrepreneurial environments.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills, adaptable to changing project scopes.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
