Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing daily fund operations and fund administration works on time according to the company's principle and operating specifications
• Maintain proper channel of communications between cross-department in order to manage the fund operations, trade settlement and cash activities
• Able to identify high risk any transaction, timely report of any problems that arise and assist in solving the issue
• Perform timely recording of fund and reconcile transaction for compilations
• Perform daily tracking of funds movements

The Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Conversant in Microsoft Excel is a must
• Meticulous with strong analytical skills
• Ability to produce accurate work within tight deadlines independently in fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English and Mandarin will be advantage as need to communicate with the Chinese counterparty
• May need to do rotational shift
• Work remotely supported
