Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Review design drawings and reports from the design firm, provide comments, and approve them for construction at the design stage.
2. Troubleshoot and prevent delays caused by contractors during construction.
3. Conduct daily monitoring, resolve deviations, and ensure contractors comply with project requirements.
4. Lead the site civil and steel structural construction works, acting as the subject matter expert on-site.
5. Apply working knowledge and experience in civil and steel structure engineering and construction.
6. Improve on-site quality and ensure compliance with EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) standards.
7. Actively participate in the project phase, often performing multiple roles to support the successful startup of the greenfield project.
8. Manage, mentor, and assess subordinate employees effectively.
9. Build a high-efficiency team, fostering initiative, enthusiasm, and creativity among team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in civil or steel structural engineering or related fields.
• More than 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Office software and the ability to review technical construction plans and negotiate technical aspects of equipment.
