As a Payroll and Admin Assistant, you are responsible for the following duties:
Responsible for managing a portfolio of clients handling the monthly payroll process.
Ensure timely and accurate submissions of payroll reports.
Responsible for monthly CPF contributions, Tax clearance and Annual Tax filings.
Performs invoicing, payments, issuance of cheques and filing duties.
Handle all administrative duties within the department.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Business; familiarity with payroll systems and local regulations.
Experienced in payroll implementation and proficient in Payroll/HRIS software.
Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and sound accounting knowledge.
