Job description

WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT - BOON LAY - (2 ROTATING SHIFTS - MORNING & AFTERNOON)

BASIC : UP TO $3000 + $150 (TRANSPORT) + SHIFT ALLOWANCE - GROSS UP TO $3500

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for inbound receiving, perform visual inspection on physical packing conditions and quantities against Delivery Order.

  • Responsible for storage after inspection.

  • Responsible for all movement of inventory IN and OUT of warehouse.

  • Ensure accurate picking and packing of goods for local and overseas deliveries

  • Ensure practice of first-in-first-out policy and 100% accuracy of inventory movement with traceability.

  • Regular execution of cycle count and stock-take activities according to schedule and update of transactions.

  • Ensure inventory control of products with shelf life and flammable goods.

  • Responsible for issue of goods for production use and physical movement of finished goods from production to warehouse before delivery.

  • Ensure order integrity delivered to customers

  • Ensure on-time delivery of products

  • Any other matter as request by supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Min GCE 'O' Level

  • Min 2-3 years of relevant working experience

  • Must have valid forklift license

  • Must be able to commit for 2 rotating shifts : 5 days (Mon- Fri) : 7.15am-4pm & 2.15pm-11pm

  • Knowledge of Inventory and warehouse management (WMS) & SAP (ERP) system are added advantage

WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT / STOREKEEPER - TUAS (NEAR MRT) - OFFICE HOURS - TRANSPORT PROVIDED

BASIC : UP TO $2800 + SOME OT

Responsibilities:

  • Receive goods from suppliers and contractors and file up GIR / QC Report.

  • Check for over shipment or short shipment against the purchase order.

  • Report discrepancy on goods received to the Supervisors.

  • In the event of an item being rejected by the requisitioner upon receipt, he shall indicate that item in the D.O. and state the reasons for rejection.

  • Issue Goods Return Note to supplier to collect the rejected item. Ensure that a copy is given to the Purchasing / Accounts Department to initiate a debit note.

  • Check and maintain all incoming and outgoing stock records.

  • Issue of materials to workshop / production staff.

  • Advise purchasing staff on replenishment of material when the re-order level is reached.

  • Unpacking, marking and stacking of goods in-order for work-in-progress and for stock.

  • Liaise with production personnel and prepare material requisition form charged under factory expense

  • Sort and arrange good for storage.

  • Maintain and do general filing and recording.

  • Maintain good housekeeping in the store.

  • Operate forklift

Requirements:

  • Min GCE ‘O’ Level

  • Min 1 to 2 years’ working as warehouse / storekeeper in the manufacturing industry

  • Able to use computer

  • With forklift license

STORE ASSISTANT - TUAS - OFFICE HOURS - TRANSPORT PROVIDED

BASIC : UP TO $2500 + SOME OT

Responsibilities:

  • Report to Procurement Department, Senior Procurement Executive.

  • Able to perform receiving, issuing and packing of goods

  • Issued GRN for goods received in ERP System

  • Plan and ordering packing material, eg. Wooden boxes, plastics, bubble wrap, etc.

  • Ensure all goods items labelling clearly, packing well, keeping goods items in organized.

  • Prepare packing list for customer service dept arrangement shipment.

  • Take photo for the shipping items before and after packing for record purposed.

  • Scanning job card for the farm out issuing & goods return and store job card process.

  • To keep track of material and finish good stock level

  • To control in / out flow of stock

  • Involved on monthly inventory stock count

  • Perform daily housekeeping

  • Others ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

  • Min GCE ‘N’ Level

  • Min 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience

  • Working knowledge of ERP is a plus

  • Able to use computer
