Our client is a well-known semiconductor manufacturer that develops and produces a broad range of etched parts for the Semiconductor and Automotive industries. They are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team.

Job Details

• Salary Range: $2500-$3000 (dependent on experience)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday (3 shifts)
• Location: Tuas Crescent (West Area)
• Benefits: AWS and Variable Bonus
• Transport provided from Boon Lay MRT

Job Description

• Maintain daily operations and ensure the physical assets of the company are well-maintained.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all plant equipment according to manufacturer manuals.
• Troubleshoot electrical and pneumatic faults effectively.
• Interpret electrical wiring diagrams accurately.
• Continuously improve manufacturing processes and equipment capabilities to enhance production yield and quality.
• Plan and organize preventative maintenance programs for manufacturing equipment.
• Have knowledge of water pumps and their applications.
• Knowledge of chemicals is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Mitsubishi Programmable Logic Controllers and Touch Panels.
• Perform machine maintenance and repairs as needed.
