Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Onboarding - Assist in recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, attending interviews, and preparing offer letters. Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth organizational transition.
  2. HR Projects - Participate in HR projects to improve processes, enhance service delivery, and align HR practices with business needs.
  3. Payroll - Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including salary computation, statutory submissions, and payslip generation.
  4. Expatriate management – Accommodation arrangement and maintenance, support Director of Resolution and ACRA-related tasks when required.
  5. Administrative functions in HR - Maintain staff files, manage company bus, handle Jurong Island Pass and work pass applications, coordinate travel arrangements, manage mobile phones and plans, handle uniforms and laundry issues, and execute additional responsibilities delegated by the HR manager.
  6. Company Events - Assist in coordinating company events (Dinner & Dance, Teambuilding, etc.) to ensure smooth execution.
Requirements
  1. A Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  2. At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
  3. Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws and HR best practices.
