Job description

Job Description:

  • Responding to technical support requests related to computers, software, networks, and server systems.

  • Setting up and configuring new computers, network equipment, servers, and software applications.

  • Managing user accounts within Active Directory (AD).

  • Performing system updates, software patches, and maintaining system security.

  • Installing and configuring operating systems, antivirus solutions, and standard applications such as Microsoft Office.

  • Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.

  • Keeping accurate records of hardware and software inventory.

  • Managing and ensuring the integrity of server backups.

  • Documenting technical issues and solutions to support future troubleshooting and knowledge sharing.

Job Requirement

  • Diploma or Degree in Electronic Engineering or Computer Science.

  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP and networking fundamentals.

  • Hands-on experience in managing network devices and server infrastructure in a similar role.

  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.

  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

  • Well-organized, self-motivated, and able to manage tasks independently.

  • A collaborative team player who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Able to perform effectively under pressure.

  • Flexible and willing to work outside of standard business hours when needed.
