Basic : $2600 - $3300
Working Hours:
Flexible : 10am - 7pm
Weekend Shift, 5 working days

Job description:
Provide on-site technical support to customers, including trouble shooting, repairing, demonstrating
Properly keep records of all service details, customer information
Delivery smart home appliances goods to customer door step and different retail outlets, sign D.O. and do stocks count
Pick up faulty product from customer home for warranty service
Serve walk-in customers, register customers warranty information and demand into shared co-working sheet
Produce, upload, update product repairing video to online YouTube or website
Assist to track, consumption rate of product spare parts, file procurement plan to supply chain team
Manage technicians daily repairing, service records, update customers
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Class 3 Driving License is required
Ability to work effectively independently and in teams
Self-directed, self-motivated and able to work independently
Positive working attitude with good interpersonal skill
