Job Description

  • Industry/ Organization Type: Distribution (Audio Visual)

  • Position Title: Sales Manager

  • Working Location: Bukit Batok / Kallang

  • Working Hours: 5 days, Monday - Friday (Office Hours)

  • Salary Package: Basic salary + Commission + Variable Bonus

  • Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance and foster strong client relationships.

  • Conduct B2B sales activities, leading the sales team to meet targets and enhance customer experiences.

  • Maintain and expand sales with existing key accounts while developing new ones.

  • Collaborate with partners and internal teams to create customized AV solutions.

  • Negotiate pricing and manage relationships with manufacturers and partners.

  • Identify and secure partnerships to expand solution offerings.

  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.

  • Focus on AV solutions for enterprises and sectors like Education, Healthcare, and Government.

  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
