Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager (Business Management) to oversee and drive the overall operations, strategy, and performance of our business unit. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, a strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of business functions including finance, operations, marketing, and human resources. This role requires excellent decision-making skills and the ability to foster a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve short- and long-term goals.
  • Oversee daily operations of the business unit or organization.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure business profitability and sustainability.
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities, including new markets, partnerships, and service innovations.
  • Establish performance goals, monitor key KPIs, and drive continuous improvement across departments.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to department heads and team members.
  • Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated and followed.
  • Report to senior executives and/or board members on business performance and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:
