Job Summary:

• Location: Conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Jurong East MRT!

• Work Schedule: 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)

• Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

• Salary: Gross salary up to $4,500

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Sourcing and Screening: Proactively search, screen, and shortlist the best-qualified candidates to fill key positions across various departments.

• Interviews and Assessments: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet the necessary skills and cultural fit.

• Building Networks: Develop and maintain a strong network of potential candidates, both for current roles and future needs.

• Candidate Experience: Provide a seamless, positive, and exceptional experience for every candidate throughout the recruitment process.

• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their team needs and deliver top-tier candidates who align with company goals.

• Recruitment Tracking: Keep track of progress, report on recruitment activities, and update key stakeholders regularly.

• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to refining and improving our recruitment strategies and processes, ensuring our team is always operating at peak efficiency.
