Responsibilities

1. Propose, coordinate, and execute media communication plans including strategy, targets, and budgets.
2. Manage PR agency teams and internal members to drive results; oversee agency resources and budgets, ensuring quality control.
3. Support daily news monitoring, including online news, media outreach analysis, competitors’ news, and market research.
4. Prepare press releases, byline articles, speeches, and press materials.
5. Coordinate creation of PR assets with branding, marketing, merchandising teams, and external agencies, making content decisions as needed.
6. Contribute content for corporate communications and social media.
7. Conduct competitive analysis, reporting, and proactively suggest opportunities and improvements.
8. Organize media and corporate events such as exhibitions, open days, and press tours.
9. Plan and coordinate photo sessions for corporate and media events.
10. Handle press inquiries and maintain relationships with influential media.
11. Assess partnership, sponsorship, and advertorial opportunities; manage related administrative tasks.
12. Distribute media materials, including gifts, samples, and greeting cards.
13. Collaborate with internal teams to gather information, prepare, and pitch press releases to targeted media and KOLs.

Who We Look For

• At least 2 years of experience in PR, communications, or marketing; multinational experience is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills; proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous for China market support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic graphic design skills are a plus.
• Effective time and workload management, ability to meet deadlines.
• Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and diligent.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a willingness to learn.
