This role will report to the SVP, Regional GM for APAC and oversee a dynamic and high-performing team comprising strategic analysts, project managers, and operations specialists. Collaborative, data-driven, and results-focused, the team thrives on solving complex challenges and continuously improving processes to support the organization's goals. Each member is empowered to take ownership of their work, contributing to impactful outcomes for both the business and its customers.

This role directly impacts the business by identifying and executing high-priority initiatives that drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and long-term competitive advantage. Positioned at the intersection of strategy and execution, this role ensures seamless collaboration across teams, enhancing alignment between leadership, operations, and customer-facing functions. As a critical link within the leadership team, the role helps build a more adaptive, data-driven organization, empowering teams to deliver impactful results and continuously improve customer outcomes.

Your day-to-day:

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to support business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify, prioritize, and execute critical business strategies.
  • Drive structured problem-solving processes, including both quantitative and qualitative analysis, to address complex business challenges.

Operational Excellence
  • Oversee end-to-end operational processes, identifying areas for improvement and driving execution to optimize performance.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and frameworks to monitor and report on business performance.
  • Collaborate with teams across functions to streamline workflows and improve cross-departmental alignment.

Team Leadership and Development
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
  • Build and develop internal talent to enhance organizational capability and readiness for future challenges.

Communication and Stakeholder Engagement
  • Deliver clear, concise, and compelling communication across all formats (verbal, written, presentations).

Project Management

  • Experience: Proven track record in strategy, operations, or management consulting, with over 12 years of experience driving impactful business outcomes.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including experience creating high-quality presentations, memos, and reports.
