As the HR Manager (Talent Acquisition) in the healthcare sector, you will lead strategic recruitment initiatives to attract top clinical and non-clinical talent. In this vital role, you’ll partner with healthcare leaders to understand workforce needs, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure the timely hiring of skilled professionals who uphold the highest standards of care. You'll drive employer branding, enhance candidate experience, and contribute directly to improving patient outcomes by assembling compassionate, high-performing teams. Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.

  • Co develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans to meet the organization's hiring needs.

  • Ensure operational excellence in all recruitment processes and procedures.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, continuously improving our recruitment strategies.

  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.

  • Foster relationships with stakeholders (internal and external) including hiring managers, agencies, educational institutes, etc.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role, preferably in healthcare or a related industry

  • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing recruitment teams

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
