Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan, schedule, and achieve workshop maintenance production for Ground Support Equipment and/or airport automotive vehicles to ensure quality and safety outcomes.
2. Manage work orders, spares usage, and production using computerized asset management and maintenance systems.
3. Plan and schedule equipment/vehicles to meet maintenance programs, inspections, and tests.
4. Lead and manage assistant engineers/technicians and outsourced contractors; perform shift/resource planning; review and improve work bay capabilities; lead programs for continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence.
5. Troubleshoot complex defects, perform root cause analysis, prepare investigation reports, and identify technical specifications for needed items/services.
6. Assist in designing and conducting training; guide and train staff to deliver quality maintenance.
7. Maintain fleet records and documentation; analyze data to improve fleet performance and maintenance outcomes.
