Job Role – HNI / UHNI Direct Sales

Job Title: Associate Vice President – Sales

As an endeavour to build the Singapore market, our client has onboarded its fund with Kristal platform, which is regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), to target HNI/UHNI/Institutional investors.

The client aims to build a highly enterprising sales team of top performers and achievers with proven success in private banking, asset management, and HNI/UHNI sales. This team will be handpicked by senior management and will form part of the client’s proprietary sales team, offering limitless opportunities for growth and wealth creation for performers.

Hiring Process

The hiring process will be rigorous and multi-stage to ensure only the best talent is selected. It will include Psychometric Tests, a CEO Round (virtual video call), and a face-to-face interview before final selection.

Who You Are
  • A highly connected financial professional from the private banking space with 10 to 15 years of experience.
  • Proven track record in fundraising and business development.
  • Deep expertise in wealth management and investment advisory.
  • Ability to work independently and drive aggressive growth.
