Job description

Position Summary

Responsible for preparing all commercial aspects of Onshore and Offshore Modules Construction Projects tendering, including but not limited to Costing, Pricing, Tender Proposal, and Prequalification. This involves coordinating with relevant departments to gather inputs necessary for preparing compelling commercial and technical tender proposals aimed at achieving successful project awards.

Tasks and Responsibilities
Project Prequalification
  • Review pre-qualification documentation requirements and deliverables received from customers.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to gather supporting documents for prequalification.
  • Prepare client prequalification questionnaires and supporting documents for submission.
  • Review prequalification responses with AGM Commercial and Senior Management.
  • Submit deliverables via client’s portal or email.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submissions.
Project Tendering
  • Analyze customer inquiries, tenders, and RFQs; provide scope summaries for management review.
  • Check sanction and credit risks through company portals and Risk and Compliance teams.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to gather inputs for tender proposals.
  • Review technical specifications and prepare commercial proposals, including clarifications and follow-ups with clients.
  • Compile and submit all tender inputs based on client requirements.
Tender Costing & Pricing
  • Ensure deadlines are met.
  • Prepare costing and pricing using established templates, including supplier and subcontractor costs.
  • Draft tender qualifications and exceptions based on costing estimates.
  • Gather and review material and labor costs for reference and project handover.
  • Review proposals with AGM Commercial and incorporate feedback.
Pre- and Post-Submission Activities
  • Invite senior management for tender review and approval.
  • Prepare final tender documents, including cover letters.
  • Follow up with clients regarding tender status and clarifications.
  • Prepare project presentation for handover upon award.
Post-Project Award
  • Maintain good relationships with clients and partners.
  • Advise project managers on potential variation orders.
