Collections Associate, Cash and AR Management

About The Job

The Finance Operations team manages Google's global cash transactions, ensuring processes are controlled, effective, and efficient. As part of this team, you'll find innovative ways to manage complex transactions, improve processes, and minimize operational risk. Internally, you will collaborate across various areas of Financial Operations, and externally with workforce partners.

Google's finance team is known for handling large numbers and providing in-depth analysis for strategic decisions across Google products. From developing forward-thinking analyses to automating financial processes, the Finance organization is a key partner and advisor.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with external customers and internal teams to understand billing and payments experiences.
  • Identify and address drivers of non-payment, providing consultation on policies and processes.
  • Collaborate with Operations Management and Collections teams to improve processes.
  • Promote customer adoption of process changes and new platforms.
  • Resolve billing and payment issues by troubleshooting and coordinating with Finance, Sales, and Product teams.
