Responsibilities

Our team aims to help businesses and brands unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, and drive revenue and growth. We are looking for an excellent marketer to help us listen better, be more agile, and continually look for ways to deliver real value to all our stakeholders, internal and external, across the region.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute B2B marketing communication strategies to inspire and influence key stakeholders, including brands, media agencies, creative agencies, ecosystem partners, and industry associations.
  2. Lead and implement integrated marketing campaigns end-to-end, covering events, scaled education, partner upskilling, content marketing, email marketing, social media, press releases, client relationship management, pipeline management, and lead nurturing.
  3. Independently own and lead strategic projects that require cross-functional collaboration, including sales, product, finance, and operations departments.
  4. Collaborate closely with global and local APAC teams to foster synergy, acting as a strategic consultant to enhance business alignment and performance.
  5. Analyze and optimize marketing channels, particularly events, to extract insights, measure impact, and drive best practices.
  6. Manage regular reporting on marketing initiatives and results, especially for quarterly planning (OKRs), reporting (QBRs), and annual planning.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
  1. 5+ years of professional experience in marketing, communications, consulting, or business strategy.
  2. Ability to thrive in a rapid, agile, and often ambiguous growth environment.
  3. Strong relationship-building and leadership skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
  4. Excellent communication skills, especially in cross-functional and global roles, with experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  5. Strong project management skills with the ability to complete large volumes of work with high quality and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Experience in brands, media, advertising, or technology industries is preferred.
  2. Experience developing integrated marketing strategies and executing go-to-market plans, particularly events.
  3. Passion for TikTok marketing and enthusiasm for building initiatives from the ground up.
