IT Business Analyst (English, SQL, UI-UX)

As an IT Business Analyst, you will serve as the bridge between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring successful project delivery and management. You will collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and product managers to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timely completion.
2. Gather, analyze, and document business needs into functional specifications.
3. Manage project scope, prioritize tasks, and conduct gap analysis.
4. Troubleshoot issues and share lessons learned for continuous improvement.
5. Participate in requirements gathering and design thinking sessions.
6. Analyze user requirements, business rules, and UI designs for gaps.
7. Collaborate with IT teams to design and validate solutions.
8. Maintain project documentation such as User Stories, RTM, and SRS.
9. Assist in managing sprints and product backlog.
10. Facilitate scrum ceremonies and follow up on action items.
11. Support UAT, beta testing, product demos, and release activities.
12. Address stakeholder concerns promptly.
13. Identify, track, and manage product-related issues.
14. Document and report issue resolutions with regular updates.
15. Analyze and implement solutions, prioritizing fixes based on risk.
16. Assist in root cause analysis and propose preventive measures.
17. Enforce processes and encourage adherence among team members and stakeholders.
18. Identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements.
19. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Your skills and experience

What We’re Looking For:

1. Proficiency in English is required.
2. Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
3. A degree in Business IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
4. Minimum of 2-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst or in a financial services environment.
5. Familiarity with the securities trading lifecycle; experience in pre-trade (front/middle office) or post-trade (back office) is a strong plus.
6. Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
7. Proactive, self-starter attitude with ownership mindset.
8. Experience with Design Thinking and Customer Journey Mapping is advantageous.
9. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, comfortable working with both business and technical teams.
10. Hands-on skills in SQL or other scripting/programming languages are a bonus.
11. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
12. Experience with UI/UX and a user-centric approach.
13. Knowledge of BPMN or UML is preferred.
