Job description

Job Descriptions: -

• Responsible for sourcing, comparison, selection and negotiation with existing/potential new suppliers.
• Handling purchase requisition, quote and issuance of PO.
• General Administrative duties in workshop environment including but not limited to receive, store and issue parts.
• Assist in inventory management for the spare parts for fleets.
• Respond to stock inquiries, quotations and orders from maintenance team.
• Plan, organize, carry out and evaluate physical stock count.
• Maintain stocks record in system & trace stocks when discrepancies are reported.
• Prepare and present stocks & inventory record / report.

Job Requirements: -

• Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Construction or Heavy Machinery Industry is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Senoko Drive Area.
• 5.5 days workweek (2 alt Sat off)
• Full-Time position(s) available.
