We are currently looking for a Corporate Secretary to join our company that will work across teams and helps support our clients.

Job Description

  • Handle full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including incorporation of Companies and LLP, strike-off, preparation of directors/shareholders’ resolutions for on-going corporate secretarial matters

  • Update and maintain clients’ company statutory registers and records

  • Perform KYC and Due Diligence for clients

  • Maintain corporate records to serve as a point of reference for compliance issues

  • Preparation of Annual General Meeting documents and Filling of annual returns

  • Issue invoices for renewals and client services

  • Remind clients of filing deadlines

  • Perform other corporate or business-related requests as required

Job Requirement

  • Entry or Junior Level Corporate Secretary to service our portfolio of corporate clients

  • Willing to learn, proactive, meticulous, and responsible

  • Must have a good communication and presentation skills

  • Comfortable in speaking mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients would be an advantage

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

  • Preferred Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Xero Accounting
