HR CUM PAYROLL ASSISTANT / 5 DAYS / 9-6 pm, – Commercial Job

  • Responsible for preparing and processing full specifications of monthly payrolls for up to 300 employees.
  • Attend to queries from client employees and F&B managers regarding all payroll matters.
  • Create and maintain client employee records in the payroll system on a timely basis, including checking staff attendance and generating reports such as overtime and provision bonuses.
  • Ensure timely submission of monthly approvals, CPF submissions, IR8A, and tax clearance documents.
