Devise strategies to ensure growth of programs enterprise-wide, identifying and implementing equipment improvements that will maximize output and minimize costs.
Decide on operations matters and ensure effective achievement of objectives.
Own & Drive the equipment KPIs & performance indices (e.g., Uptime, OEE, OPE, MTTR and other related).
Drive productivity and cost improvement through uph, uptime, automation, and process simplification.
Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for day-to-day performance of operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
Guide subordinates in resolving yield and quality issues related to equipment.
Lead and coach managers in driving yield, quality, and productivity.
Support manufacturing goals, NPI, engineering activities, quality performance meetings, and manage related issues.
Lead and drive material/consumable cost reduction programs through value engineering programs.
Sustain and provide continuous improvement in yield, quality, and productivity through planning, evaluating, verifying, and executing procedures to ensure that products meet all customer requirements.
Daily equipment review and monitoring of equipment performance metrics and cross support manufacturing performance.
Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary.
Ensure that company and department goals are met.
Able to cohesively work with all supporting groups, processes, and manufacturing teams.
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering discipline (preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineering).
Minimum 5 years in a managerial position.
Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
Preferably with Semiconductor and Wafer fabrication Equipment experience.
