Job description:

Key Responsibilities

You will oversee and execute baggage handling operations across the Control Centre, Departure, Deployment, or Arrival teams. Your duties include:

1. Monitoring and disseminating real-time flight and baggage information.
2. Allocating duties and deploying baggage staff and motorized equipment.
3. Supervising baggage operations at Departure and Arrival racetracks, ensuring timely loading/unloading.
4. Ensuring proper container/trolley setup, baggage documentation, and security compliance.
5. Handling interline and transfer baggage, coordinating for tight connection flights.
6. Investigating and reporting baggage mishandling or irregularities.
7. Liaising with Load Control, ground handlers, and internal teams for operational updates.
