Job Responsibilities
- Perform service, troubleshooting, overhaul, and testing of mechanical and electrical equipment automation machines.
- PLC programming.
- Prepare modules for overhead bridge cranes for commissioning, including filling gear oil, bearing greasing, setting limit switches, hoisting, overload trip setting, and testing.
- Prepare cooling medium systems for commissioning, including filling with fresh water in a closed circuit system, flushing with screens on plate-type coolers to catch impurities and dirt, and filling glycol through the hull drain tank and expansion tank.
- Test cooling medium pumps under load and system load run conditions.
- Prepare glycol regeneration systems for commissioning, including flushing, hydro testing, glycol filling, and system operation.
- Control gas dew point, prepare refrigeration systems for commissioning, including flushing with nitrogen, hydro testing, refrigerant charging to gas and compressor skids, and system operation.
- Supervise the manufacturing process of multi-disk writers, including hub mechanical parts balancing and testing.
- Check inventory, calibrate instruments, draw schedules, and troubleshoot machines.
- Plan and assign team members to ensure safety and productivity.
- Perform testers' conversion from one product to another.
- Write reports on inspections and overhaul jobs carried out.
