Purpose of Job

  • To ensure that the Shan You is conducting its activities in full compliance with internal policies and standards.
  • To ensure Shan You’s internal policies and procedures are compliant with its sector guidelines, requirements and abide by regulatory requirements.

Scope

Manage Corporate Development

  • Develop and manage the organisation’s administrative, financial, IT-related, assets, physical and staff resources.
  • Develop and implement administrative, financial and operational procedures and guidelines.
  • Provide high level administrative, planning and operational support on matters such as staff management, financial planning, facilities management and information service.

Manage compliance and regulatory matters

  • Act as contact person with respect to compliance and regulatory matters.
  • Develop, administer and monitor inspection timetable.
  • Prepare inspection and investigation reports.
  • Present findings and recommend appropriate action, if necessary to Management.
  • Monitor ongoing projects and programmes.

Manage personnel matters

  • Lead, manage and develop staff to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Lead organisational learning & development efforts
  • Provide accurate and timely reports & information.
  • Liaise with relevant external organisations and authorities.

Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of prior work experience in corporate services.
  • Experience in holding leadership positions and/or managing large teams and corporate functions.
  • Bachelor degree in related field.

  • Possess problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Able to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Passionate in working with stakeholders and good interpersonal skills.
