The Health Sciences Authority (HSA) is seeking a skilled operations professional to enhance efficiency through automation. The role involves analyzing processes, managing contractors, and implementing improvements using methodologies like Agile and Six Sigma. Ideal candidates will possess strong interpersonal skills and experience in enforcement and contractor management.

What you will be working on:
As part of the team, your key duties and responsibilities include:
i. Analyse existing processes, identify opportunities for automation and improvement, and design, develop, and implement solutions using appropriate tools like Agile and Six Sigma.
ii. Conduct data analysis to inform process improvements and decision-making.
iii. Management and supervision of outsourced contractors, ensuring quality and compliance.
iv. Oversee administrative functions, including office management, secretarial duties, data entry, and procurement processes.
v. Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
What we are looking for:
i. Minimum 3 to 4 years working experience, preferably in the area of enforcement, contractor management and supervision.
ii. Proven experience in process improvement methodologies such as Agile, Six Sigma etc will be beneficial.
iii. Background in RPA/automation related programming would be an advantage
iv. Experience in contractor management and supervision required.
v. Relevant experience in corporate administration, records management and/or facilities management would be beneficial.
vi. Good interpersonal skills and able to work well with a wide range of stakeholders.
vii. Able to work independently and in a team in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines
