Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Development

• Motivate and guide the machining/assembly team to meet production targets and customer demands.

• Drive talent development through hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.

• Recognize employee contributions and maintain a positive, disciplined work environment.

Operational Excellence

• Ensure efficient daily production, capacity planning, and machine optimization.

• Lead Lean/Kaizen initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

• Maintain 6S standards for a safe, clean, and organized workspace.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Collaborate with other teams to resolve workflow issues and ensure smooth operations.

• Update ERP (Syteline) accurately and manage key metrics (OEE, TPM, delivery performance).

Employee & Compliance Management

• Handle attendance, overtime, performance reviews, and disciplinary matters fairly.

• Conduct team meetings and address grievances promptly.

• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify and implement productivity enhancements while minimizing waste.

• Foster teamwork and clear communication across departments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

• Min 4 years of production/operations experience in manufacturing.

• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role leading a team.

• Prior experience in CNC machining/programming is a plus.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented, able to multitask, and work under tight deadlines.
