Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to semiconductor equipment, systems, computer systems, complex software, and networked/wireless systems.
- Perform on-site installation, continuous improvement programs, parts overhaul, preventive maintenance, modifications, and repairs on equipment.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the company and customer on both administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.
- Coordinate logistics and collaborate with customers on equipment-related issues.
- Respond to customer complaints, providing timely solutions to resolve issues.
- Monitor product performance and provide regular updates and feedback on customer service requests.
- Report common customer complaints to management for future reference and resolution.
Requirements:No experience candidates are welcome!
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with semiconductor equipment knowledge.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and resourceful team player.
- Highly motivated, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to work in a cleanroom environment.
- Availability to work or be on standby during after-hours, weekends, and public holidays.
