Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to semiconductor equipment, systems, computer systems, complex software, and networked/wireless systems.
• Perform on-site installation, continuous improvement programs, parts overhaul, preventive maintenance, modifications, and repairs on equipment.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the company and customer on both administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.
• Coordinate logistics and collaborate with customers on equipment-related issues.
• Respond to customer complaints, providing timely solutions to resolve issues.
• Monitor product performance and provide regular updates and feedback on customer service requests.
• Report common customer complaints to management for future reference and resolution.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with semiconductor equipment knowledge.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and resourceful team player.
• Highly motivated, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to work in a cleanroom environment.
• Availability to work or be on standby during after-hours, weekends, and public holidays.
