Job scope
Assist with procurement functions
Prepare and process payments, including staff claims
Verify supplier invoices & key into the accounts system
Prepare monthly supplier reconciliations
Assist in stocktake events & prepare inventory reconciliation reports
Tag fixed assets, inventory, and condemnation of items
Provide administrative support to the finance team
Manage work pass applications, renewals & cancellations
Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Higher NITEC in Accountancy
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Words and Excel
Proactive and able to execute tasks within tight deadlines
