Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble, debug, and test run customized modular machines and oversee their commissioning.
• Provide on-site technical support for equipment operation at customer premises.
• Perform design modifications to simplify designs, reduce parts, and use cost-effective alternatives while maintaining or enhancing product performance.
• Procure or assist in the procurement of necessary items to perform the above duties.
• Write and maintain all necessary documentation, work and assembly instructions, and manufacturing and test procedures.

Job Requirements

• Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of industrial automation, jig and fixture design, FMEA, SPC, CAD, and machine design is an added advantage.
• Self-disciplined with strong project management skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel when necessary.
