About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Business Development – Southeast Asia to lead and support the regional business development efforts and day-to-day operations across Southeast Asia. This executive role combines leadership, relationship management, and business operations responsibilities, with the objective of driving growth and delivering high-impact results in a dynamic and globally-focused industry.

This role reports directly to senior global leadership and plays a key part in shaping the presence and performance of the Southeast Asia operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Leadership & Operations:

  • Oversee and support the general business and operational activities in the Singapore office and Southeast Asia region.
  • Provide strategic input and report findings to senior leadership.
  • Ensure the effectiveness, efficiency, and continuity of daily operations across the region.
  • Lead and manage the team, ensuring adherence to corporate policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and oversee financial performance, budgeting, and resource planning.
  • Monitor costs and ensure alignment with the approved budget.
  • Contribute to team growth by supporting talent acquisition, retention, and performance development initiatives.

Business Development & Client Relations:

  • Develop and manage new and existing client relationships in the region.
  • Identify growth opportunities and promote the company’s programs and services in alignment with business objectives.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients exploring global investment and residency solutions.
  • Represent the organization professionally and uphold its core values and commitment to ethical business practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, preferably in the investment migration, financial services, or consulting sectors.
  • Strong leadership and operational management background.
